Courtney Keight, a dynamic player for the Welsh national team, has strong ties to Swansea, having lived in the city for six years and studied at Swansea University. Meanwhile, Lola Mitchell, a rising star in the Wales U18 squad, hails from Birchgrove and represents the next generation of Welsh rugby talent.
