Snowdrop Independent Living has announced an ambitious new growth strategy, with a key focus on improving customer outcomes.

Since the business was founded 20 years ago, specialist mobility aids retailer and distributor Snowdrop has grown from a single shop in Haverfordwest, to seven showrooms across the West Midlands and South Wales, alongside an engineering division to carry out installation and home adaption work.

Now, Snowdrop has revealed its future growth plans to invest in the management team, engineering division and reinforce supply chains following industry-wide disruption, with support from the Development Bank of Wales. The business has also partnered with GS Verde Communications to support its marketing efforts.

David Morgan, Managing Director of Snowdrop Independent Living said: “Following what has been a challenging period for businesses and consumers alike, it’s important that we take stock and reflect on how to improve operations.

“I am confident that we have a plan that fosters growth and development for Snowdrop, while ensuring clients get the most out of our services, to improve their outcomes.”

Snowdrop understands the needs and challenges of those living with chronic illness, injury, or simply the challenges that can come with advancing age, providing only the right equipment for the right reasons to help clients achieve maximum wellbeing and mobility.

Mr Morgan continued: “The future certainly looks bright for Snowdrop. With this new, robust strategy that accounts for how the business must change according to our clients’ needs, I look forward to seeing Snowdrop continue to as a leading figure in the mobility sector.”
