The Imperial Hotel in Tenby, a Grade II listed landmark with sweeping views over South Beach, has opened bookings for exclusive-use festive retreats tailored for corporate groups looking to celebrate in style.

Following a major refurbishment under the ownership of Crest Hotels Group, the 120-year-old property now blends 19th-century grandeur with modern luxury. The bedrooms have been stylishly redesigned, featuring plush furnishings and calming coastal-inspired tones—bringing a fresh sense of comfort to this iconic seaside retreat.

Overnight packages start from £6,995 for up to 50 guests and include a three-course festive dinner and a full Welsh breakfast. The experience offers a sophisticated alternative to the typical office Christmas party, tapping into a growing demand for more meaningful and memorable team celebrations.

A 2024 survey of senior business leaders across the UK revealed that 77% consider the annual corporate Christmas party the most important work event of the year, spending an average of £172 per head[i].

The Imperial’s exclusive-use retreats meet this demand head-on, combining celebration, relaxation, and strategic downtime in a setting that both inspiring and restorative.

Available from late November 2025 through January 2026, the retreats are designed with leadership teams and corporate groups in mind—ideal for end-of-year celebrations, vision-setting sessions, or simply rewarding staff with an unforgettable experience. The hotel’s flexible split-level restaurant can be reconfigured into breakout spaces or entertainment areas to suit a range of needs, a refreshing break from a traditional conference suite.

“It’s more than a party—it’s a chance for businesses to reconnect, reflect, and reward their teams in an extraordinary setting,” said Kaye Wilson, Group Director of Sales at Crest Hotels. “We’ve brought new life to a much-loved building, and the result is a space that feels timeless, yet totally tailored to the modern workplace.”

To enhance the retreat experience, Crest Hotels has also partnered with local businesses to offer bespoke add-ons such as mobile beach saunas, guided coastal hikes, paddleboarding, yoga and more.

“We’re proud to blend Tenby’s natural charm and heritage with curated experiences that will energise and inspire people,” added Wilson. “Whether you’re looking for calm or creativity, this is the place to find it.”
