Success for Porthcawl’s Coastal Defence Scheme
Porthcawl’s Coastal Defence Scheme has been highly commended in the Environmental Project of the Year category at the British Construction Industry Awards.
The judges noted the high level of environmental research that has gone into the project and praised the design and structure of the historical breakwater.
Also, the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) have shortlisted an image of the new coastal scheme for an award as part of their annual photo competition.
