Sue Husband announced as the new Business in the Community (BITC) Cymru Director
Business in the Community – The Prince’s Responsible Business Network, has announced that it has appointed Sue Husband, director of employer and employee engagement at Education & Skills Funding Agency, as its new Director for BITC Cymru.
Sue was previously head of education for McDonald’s UK and held a variety of roles in operations, franchising, communications and training, working with both company and franchised restaurants. Sue is currently the director of employer and employee engagement and responsible for the National Careers Service, the Department for Education’s relationship with WorldSkills UK and driving employer engagement with the skills agenda.
Sue Husband said:
‘I am delighted to be joining Business in the Community, as the Director of BITC Cymru. I have been fortunate throughout my career to have seen the positive impact that responsible businesses can have on their local communities and so to have this opportunity to lead BITC, at home, in Wales is a privilege and a challenge that I am really looking forward to.’

Sue formally starts her role at Business in the Community in January 2020.
