Towergate Insurance Brokers sponsor CII Swansea and West Wales charity dinner

One of the UK’s leading independent insurance brokers, Towergate Insurance Brokers, is sponsoring the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) of Swansea and West Wales annual charity dinner.

This year’s chosen charity is The Firefighters Charity, a cause close to the heart of Institute President and Towergate Account Handler, Sally Hendricks, whose late father was the Assistant Chief Fire Officer of what was West Glamorgan Fire Brigade, now Mid and West Wales Fire Service.

The dinner, which takes place on Friday 11 November 2022 at the Dragon Hotel, Swansea, will raise funds for the charity through event sponsorship and ticket sales.

With a fire engine set to greet guests at the entrance, Chief Fire Officer Roger Thomas and volunteers from the local fire service will help decorate the venue, while comedian, Mike Bubbins, entertains guests throughout the evening.

Sally Hendricks says: “I’m so looking forward to seeing the return of the annual charity dinner and enjoying a brilliant night of entertainment with my friends and colleagues, whilst raising much-needed funds for a cause that is personal to me.

“I cannot thank Towergate enough for their support in sponsoring the event, and on a personal note, I am truly touched to see my bosses and colleagues supporting me in my role as President and can’t wait to celebrate with them on the night.”
