Wales’ leading communications consultancy rebrands to Lynn
Lynn PR, Wales’ leading communication consultancy, has rebranded to Lynn.
Headquartered in Cardiff, the behavioural science communications business has been growing at pace – recently assessed to be the fastest growing communications business in the UK (PRWeek Top 150 Consultancies 2022). Lynn, as it is now known, broke into the PRWeek Top 150 Consultancies ranking this month which identifies the top agencies in the UK – a difficult feat for a start-up. PRWeek have recognised Lynn as #26 Consultancy based outside of London and #1 New Consultancy in the UK.
The rebrand is a reflection that the consultancy offers far more than PR services alone, and a clear indication of three key lines of business: campaigns, behavioural science, and anti-mis/disinformation strategy and research.
Now, the consultancy has a firm focus of using its scientific and strategic expertise to solve some of today’s most complex challenges. With that is mind, Lynn is establishing three new dedicated practice areas: Lynn Health, Lynn Planet – a new climate change and sustainability practice, and Lynn Change – a dedicated business transformation practice.
Speaking about the rebrand, CEO and Founder Shayoni Lynn, said “This change has been coming for some time, and it’s a critical piece in the jigsaw of our growth and development. Whilst as communicators, we understand people and creativity, we believe that in order to cut through the noise and persuade people to take positive action we need to look at innovative solutions: understanding how people behave and why, or how we fight fake news to rebuild trust in institutions, are just some of the ways we look to solve challenges.”
In recent weeks and months, the consultancy has helped to counter Russian disinformation to support war efforts Ukraine, been named in top 150 consultancies in PRWeek, and won Public Sector Campaign of the Year at the competitive PRmoment Awards for our campaign #DontMissYourVaccine with Our Healthier South East London ICS.
Discussing the consultancy’s rebrand, Non-Executive Director David Gallagher commented: “Lynn has come a long way in a short space of time and already has a world-leading offering. By combining its expertise in behavioural science and misinformation strategy to tackle issues related to health, sustainability, and purpose, Lynn is able to provide clients with counterintuitive and creative solutions to deliver behaviour change for good.”
