A Well-Being Event arranged by Denbighshire County Council is to be held at Sussex Street Christian Centre in Rhyl on the 25th of May from 11am until 4pm.
The aim of this event is to promote the vast amount of services that are on offer to citizens for support within different aspects of their life, whether they need it now or in the future. This drop in event is targeted at individuals who feel they may benefit from exploring the support services that are on offer to them within Denbighshire.
A warm cup of coffee or tea as well a snack is also available at the centre for attendees to enjoy whilst they browse the number of services available to them.
There will be over 20 different organisations and support services attending throughout the day. These include services that cover the topics of employment support, homelessness support, mental health support, financial advice, improving well-being, as well as support for young people.
Ann Lloyd, Interim Head of Service Community Support Services said:
“This is a real opportunity for people to come along and learn about the range of support and help that is available to them in Denbighshire. There will be a number of providers on the day who you can talk to”.
