Pencoed Welfare Hall is all set to host the first event for new Pro Wrestling promotion ‘Pro Wrestling Karnage’. The newly founded company has taken on a life of its own, since its inception in September of last year, with the inaugural August 28th event already sold out.

Karnage have built a theme of being “Professional wrestlings next mutation” and in keeping with the established theme, ‘The First Mutation’ will bring Pro Wrestling Karnage into the world in a big way. The first mutation will not only be the first event for Karnage, nor will it serve as the first pro wrestling event to emanate from the Pencoed welfare hall. But for many, ‘The First Mutation’ will be the first live wrestling show since the pandemic first hit.

With that excitement already behind Karnage, and a fast paced growth on Instagram (@Pro_Wrestling_Karnage) and Facebook (@ProWrestlingKarnage), all they needed was a full roster of wrestling stars, new and old to get the next ‘mutating’ process started. And that’s exactly what they’ve done.

For just their first show, Karnage have announced former WWE NXT Superstar, and one half of the first NXT Tag Team Champions Joel Redman (FKA Oliver Grey). Caiman, the former Celtic Wrestling favourite, and recent viral sensation who painted a head turning portrait of Janet Street-porter, which gained him a recognition on Loose Women.

Joining them will be young wrestlers looking to become standouts, such as Bishop and Fletcher Law of The Se7en, Martyn Grant and Mark Daniels of High and Mighty and The Edgy Veggie Kenny Mantra. And ‘The Marquee Signing’ James Ellis, who has convinced himself he is the companies poster child.

With many different personalities set to collide with the newest addition to South Wales’ wrestling landscape, it’s no wonder that both the promoters of Karnage and the Pencoed welfare hall have agreed to host a Halloween themed sequel show on October 30th, dubbed ‘Karnage From The Krypt’. If you missed out on tickets for ‘The First Mutation’, tickets are available for ‘Karnage From The Krypt’ here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/163994990431

With all of their pre-sale tickets for August 28th sold out already, it will surely be a night of excitement for Pencoed.
