Over 100 companies registered to attend Security Foundry’s inaugural CYBER SUMMIT WREXHAM held at Moneypenny’s HQ on 26th November.

Offering superb facilities, the event held a series of talks and presentations from C- Level Executives from leading businesses finding out how businesses can better protect themselves from today’s cyber threats at what was North Wale’s biggest cyber security event of the year. These were delivered by leading local and regional experts and we ended the event with a tour of this great setting and business.

Speakers attended from Security Foundry, Moneypenny, NatWest Bank, Wrexham Glyndwr University, Plastipak, North Wales Cyber Cluster (Cyber Wales), Federation of Small Businesses, North Wales Tech and Celerity IT.

The event was also supported by trusted technology partners Fibrespeed, Eventura and Vitosha Partners and offered a great space for networking before and after the event for leaders of local and regional businesses.

Attendees included large international manufacturers, local authorities, emergency services, charities, colleges, universities and small to medium sized local businesses – all of whom are looking to make improvements to their business IT and data security, and the event saw business leaders receive actionable tips on how to manage cyber security challenges.

Industry experts and local providers were on hand to advise delegates on formulating the right approach and strategy in their business for IT cyber security without overwhelming them with jargon or terminology, and the advice was structured so that businesses could put the tips into practice straight away.
