People across Cardiff can now access Cardiff Bus’s range of route and service information from its newly opened central travel centre.

The operator has relocated to its new travel centre at the former Ticketline office at 47 Westgate Street this week.

Customers were previously able to find out more about services and purchase tickets at its base in the Central Library, however they will now be able to speak with advisors from the new location in the city centre.

The new travel centre launched on March 4th, is open to customers from 10am to 6pm between Mondays and Fridays, and 10am to 4pm on Saturdays.

Cardiff Bus commercial manager Gareth Stevens said:

“In order to continue to meet the needs of our loyal customers, we have relocated to a new, easily accessible travel centre in the heart of the city.

“Visitors will be able to access all the same information, travel advice, and purchase tickets using a debit or credit card from this location, which will be open six days a week.
