The annual carol service ‘A Christmas Celebration’ hosted by Denbighshire County Council is being held in Rhuddlan early next month.

The service will be taking place on Wednesday 7 December at 7pm at St Mary’s Church, Rhuddlan.

During the service, a collection will be made towards the Chairman’s Charities, namely Save the Children (NSPCC) and dementia charities in Denbighshire.

Councillor Arwel Roberts, Chairman of Denbighshire County Council, said: “The carol service is traditionally one of the earlier events in the festive calendar and has been established for many years.

“It’s a great opportunity to hear some local musical talents performing some Christmas favourites, old and new, as well as receiving the story of Christmas through festive readings.

“We look forward to starting the Christmas celebrations at the service where a warm welcome awaits everyone.”
