When traveling on a train, it’s important to remember that food supplies are limited. When you plan, you’ll have better chances of finding snacks and meals that satisfy your hunger cravings.
Pack your luggage with plenty of nonperishable foods, such as nuts, dried fruit, yogurt, fresh fruits, vegetables, granola bars, energy bars, popcorn, crackers, and bread. Also, stock up on bottled water. If possible, bring your reusable containers instead of using plastic bags. Keep these items in your bag throughout the journey.
2. Carry Headphones
Many trains have Wi-Fi connections—but if yours doesn’t, headphones can come in handy when you want to block out those unwanted distractions.
3. Pack Your Backpack
Whether you take your backpack along or not, make sure it holds all of your essentials: sunscreen, sunglasses, insect repellent, bug spray, earplugs, money belt, flashlight, hand sanitizer wipes, tissues, first-aid kit, and toiletries and a smartphone for gambling online games You may also need to pack extra clothes depending on the weather. 4. Bring Your Bags With You
If you decide to check your bag before boarding, be sure you grab your belongings right away.
